Branding: one identity on every page

Workspace-level defaults — avatar, logo, social links, typefaces, consent wording — that seed every new page without restyling the ones already live.

Settings → Branding holds the workspace’s brand defaults. They seed every new page rather than overriding existing ones — changing the workspace accent never silently restyles a campaign that is already live and being shared — and any per-page change in the link editor overrides them.

  1. Upload the two faces

The avatar is shown above the page title on every public page — square, ideally 400 pixels or more. The logo is your wordmark for wider placements, and it is what the QR studio places in the centre of a code. Both take PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 5 MB, and removing one costs a single save to undo, because the file itself stays in the media library.

  2. List your profiles once

The social links editor takes up to twelve profiles across nine services — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or a plain website — in the order you set. The social links block renders them on your pages with each service’s own official icon; a website link gets a neutral glyph rather than a borrowed one.

  3. Set the type and the palette

Heading and body typefaces — Inter Tight or Inter — plus accent, background, and text colours and a theme mode: dark, light, or Derived from artwork, which takes each page’s background from its cover’s dominant colour. The contrast readout is live, and defaults that fall below 3:1 tell you plainly that pages using them would be blocked from publishing.

  4. Write the words fans agree to

The default consent wording seeds the email signup block on new pages and stands in wherever a page has no wording of its own; whatever a fan actually saw is stored with their signup as evidence. The privacy policy and terms URLs are linked from the footer of every public page.

  5. Decide about the footer credit

From the Artist plan, a checkbox hides the DropRoute footer credit by default, overridable per page. Moving down a plan later brings the credit back rather than breaking the page.
