Does DropRoute guarantee streams?

No. DropRoute measures visits, destination clicks, fan signups, and authorized provider events. A click to a streaming service is not automatically counted as a stream.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, from the Artist plan upward. DropRoute provides verification instructions and checks the domain before it can serve public pages.

Can I export my fan emails?

The subscriber CSV — consent status, source page, campaign attribution, timestamp, and subscriber status — downloads from the Artist plan, for members with the export grant. Consent evidence and a full workspace archive export on every plan, including Free.
