Reaching a person.

Different problems go to different places. Picking the right one is the difference between an answer today and an answer next week.

If you have an account

Use the support form under Support in the dashboard. It attaches your workspace, your plan, and a reference, so nobody has to ask which account you mean or what you were looking at. It is the fastest route by a distance.

If you do not

Something is broken

support@droproute.app (opens in a new tab). Include the link address you were looking at and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps more than a description.

Privacy, data, or a deletion request

support@droproute.app (opens in a new tab). Requests are handled within the periods set out in the privacy policy.

A security issue

support@droproute.app (opens in a new tab). Please do not open a public issue first. What we ask, and what we commit to in return, is on the security page.

Abuse or a page that should not exist

support@droproute.app (opens in a new tab), with the address of the page. What counts is set out in the acceptable use policy.

Press, partnerships, or anything commercial

What to expect

DropRoute is a small operation, so the honest answer about response times is: support requests from paid workspaces are looked at first, security reports are looked at immediately, and everything else gets to in order. Priority support is part of Artist Pro and Label, and it means a place in the queue rather than a different inbox.

If something is genuinely urgent — a live campaign pointing at the wrong place, a page down on release day — say so in the subject line. That is a real category, not a formality.
