“Unlimited analytics history” means unlimited daily and hourly aggregates while you are subscribed. Raw event rows are kept for 90 days on every plan, because that is what the release-day live panel reads and what keeps the price sustainable.

One boosted post costs more than a year of Artist. The difference: the boost is spent whether or not it worked, and the link is what tells you whether it worked — so the next boost is aimed instead of hoped.
The free plan is the product
Five links, real analytics, real fan capture, no card, no expiry. Upgrade when a limit is genuinely in your way — the paid tiers exist for the release that outgrew the free one, not to hold your first release hostage.
Leaving is cheap, on purpose
Every plan exports everything — fans, consent records, analytics — with no exit fee. A tool you cannot leave is a tool you should not enter, and we would rather be chosen every month than locked in once.

Questions
What is a smart link?
A smart link gives one piece of content a single shareable URL with several possible destinations. DropRoute can also apply routing rules and record campaign performance.
Does DropRoute guarantee streams?
No. DropRoute measures visits, destination clicks, fan signups, and authorized provider events. A click to a streaming service is not automatically counted as a stream.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Artist plan upward. DropRoute provides verification instructions and checks the domain before it can serve public pages.
Can I export my fan emails?
Yes. Exports include consent status, source page, campaign attribution, timestamp, and subscriber status.
Does pre-save work with every streaming service?
Availability depends on each provider’s APIs, authorization requirements, geographic availability, and approval status. Unsupported providers remain available as standard release destinations, and the page offers a “Notify me on release day” option instead.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The account remains active through the paid billing period. Data-retention and downgrade rules are explained before you confirm, and nothing you have collected is deleted because of a downgrade.
Can I manage multiple artists?
The Label plan supports several isolated artist workspaces with shared team access and reporting.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 5 active links and 90 days of analytics, and is intended for evaluating DropRoute and launching a first campaign.
All prices in US dollars unless a regional currency is selected. Provider fees, advertising spend, and enterprise services are not included. Plans include 10,000 fan records at the Artist tier and rise from there — see the help centre for how limits are enforced.
