Plans, billing, and what happens at the limits
What each plan gates, what happens when you hit a limit, and what a downgrade actually does to your data.

DropRoute gates only what carries real cost: active links, fan records, analytics retention, seats, workspaces. Cheap capability is not artificially fenced. And one rule holds everywhere: a downgrade freezes features, never deletes data.
Know your lever
Free: 5 active links, 500 fan records, 90 days of analytics display — and every page type can be built, with pre-release publishing reserved for Artist Pro. Artist adds unlimited links, a custom domain, branding removal, routing, pixels, and CSV export. Artist Pro adds pre-release publishing, A/B testing, shareable reports, and advanced exports — JSON plus the deeper analytics dimensions. Label adds workspaces, seats, cross-workspace reporting, shared templates, and webhooks. The full matrix lives on the pricing page and does not have an asterisk. CSV export is also per-member, not just per-plan: owners and admins always have it, editors receive the export grant when they are invited, and analysts and viewers export only when "Allow exports" was checked on their invitation. When your fan list nears its cap, the dashboard says so while signups still work; at the cap the capture form pauses new signups and everything collected stays yours.
One Label plan covers all your artist workspaces
The Label subscription lives on one workspace, but it covers the workspaces you own — the subscribed workspace plus your oldest others, up to the plan’s five. Covered workspaces get the full Label entitlements without buying anything; their billing page says which workspace pays. Cancelling the subscription withdraws the coverage everywhere at once.
What hitting a limit looks like
At the link limit, publishing a new link asks you to archive one or upgrade — published links keep serving. At the fan-record limit, the signup form tells fans to try later rather than silently discarding them, and tells you loudly.
Downgrading, honestly
Before you confirm a downgrade, DropRoute shows the real consequences with numbers: which links would pause, how many fan records are over the new cap, which seats go, how much history stops being displayed. Nothing is deleted — over-limit data freezes and unfreezes if you return. Analytics history beyond a plan’s display window still exists; the plan gates the window, not the record.
